·         Writing content based on material supplied by client or subject matter experts

·         Moderating user-generated content (incl. social media postings and messages)

·         Proofreading final draft of content prior to publishing/distribution

·         Collaborating with the corporate editorial team for compliance requirements

·         Ability to write engaging online content; providing thoughtful, crisp and carefully crafted writing

·         Quick learning skills along with the ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines

·         Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with contributors, graphic designers, usability experts, compliance teams, and line-of-business owners

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work to customers

·         Working knowledge and familiarity with content management systems
